I arrived at 2 p.m. on Saturday and my room wasn't ready, although some of my party did get a room. Everyday I was in the room I had to call downstairs for towels - somedays I didn't get bathcloths, other days I didn't get a tub mat, some days I didn't have a bath towel. The water in the shower was always lukewarm, never hot. I'd leave the room between 7:30 and 8 a.m. and if I returned before 4 p.m., the room was never cleaned. Their were a couple of younger staff members at the front desk that were helpful, the rest of the staff seems to have no idea about the city at all. No concierge was never on duty during my stay. I was there for a conference and will stay again if part of the conference.
