It would be good for extended stay travelers because of the two rooms per unit floor plan. Having a living area and a bedroom would make it seem more like a house. Disadvantages are that it is bigger than necessary for short stay travels. The living room was too big. It does not need to be that much space between the TV and the couch. The other spot of excessive space was around the room entrance and around the kitchen table. Reducing the space means more guest rooms in the same size building area.
