The desk staff are nice but the hygienist that cleaned my teeth was somewhat unprofessional when commenting about my teeth. The wait time is at least an hour and I had a very early appointment of 8:15 if I remember correctly. I wasn't seen until after 10:00 and out of there at 11:15 according to the police report. Yes a POLICE REPORT! I'm sure this is an extraordinary case but upon leaving the clinic I discovered that my back passenger window had been broken into and my radio was stolen. To top that off when I tried to crank my vehicle I discovered that my car battery had been stolen as well. Imagine my surprise because I drove an older model 4-door sedan void of any bells and whistles and in need of a paint job and a side mirror so believe me it was nothing about this car screaming COME BREAK INTO ME!! As stated in other reviews the parking is horrible and yes I parked on across from the clinic on the street alongside the projects. I didn't see anything wrong with this because there were so many other nicer cars and patients that were parked there. I guess it was just my day. So although the dental work was only $32, the window and new battery equalled what I would have paid going to a regular dentist. The dental hygienist is really caring and very professional. The biggest problem to me is HORRIBLE parking ( you park on the road, in the entrance to the projects) and the waiting room is a narrow hallway.The waiting time with a appointment is around an hour. But having said all that, well worth the cost if you don't have dental insurance and not on state assistance. A real community asset. The appointment day wait was forever long in a dreary hall. The staff, however, was kind and courteous. When an ambulance pulled up I took the young client by the hand and left.
