While the atmosphere was fine and the food was great, we suffered in the customer service department. The valet managed to wreck my Dad's truck into our car, the baggage handler who moved our gifts stole $500 worth of our gifts, our honeymoon suite was given to another guest, and our toilet overflowed in our downgraded room. Even after a rather lengthy letter to La Posada, we received none of our money back and did NOT receive an apology for the comedy of errors that occurred during our reception. Their insurance did finally pay, after three months of fighting, to pay the $2K of damage to the two vehicles.
