very high priced & unreasonable.got a door closer installed,they said 2 years ago,and no warranty that was leaking oil. .they came out & said it was trash and had to be replaced. they quoted me an unbelievable $425.after i said get lost i went on ebay and saw a commercial closer for $125 that i was going to order but the next day my tech came in and he took the closer off and replaced 2 rubber...
