We were on vacation and on our way up to Boyne Highlands our tire blew. Went to Royal Tire the next morning and saw Jim there. His crew put a new tire on and the price was reasonable. Very friendly and competent. Sat at the local bakery Johans which was two blocks away while I waited. They called in an hour and the tire was replaced. Thank you for saving the day!

Terrible. Save yourself and go to a business that operates correctly. I can't turn people away from these guys fast enough.

Scratches on on the wheels after having snow tires put on

Do not use Royal tire Petoskey Michigan drop car off to have snow tires put on. inspected car after work was done and noticed that three of my wheels had scratches on them. talk to the manager/owner he said that I had scratched the wheels and that his equipment/employees did not do it, he told me to leave his establishment and never to come back and he also told me to go jump in the lake.
