I cant even begin to explain the horror that went on at this establishment. The sales people were mean, careless and snotty. The owner was screaming on the phone at a customer and it smelled like cat urine. I cancelled my selections and brought my business elsewhere.

I will never shop at this tile store again. When I went to buy tiles for my bathroom there were 3 sales girls eating lunch. I asked for help and they all looked at eachother. The sales girl that finally helped me wound up receiving a phone call on her cell phone and left me standing htere for 15 minutes. I wound up buying some borders and was called once I got home to go back and pick something else because they never checked stock and they were out of them. I complained to the owner that his employees were not up to par and he then yelled at me and told me to leave...I will NEVER shop...

What an awful place! Absolutely the worst service I have received for the amount of money we spent. Tile job was done ok, but sloppy in several spots. We received no assistance choosing tiles. Worst of all we were called into the store several times for various reasons due to errors made by the employees at the store. With so many other tile companies on Staten Island, and the tri-boro area. please choose another!
