Anyone who's ever left Royal Thai "unfulfilled" has obviously never been to Thailand. Royal Thai is 100% Authentic Thai Food, especially if you get it "Native Thai" which is one of the options. I'd suggest ordering a traditional Thai dish rather than one of the Americanized versions, but I'd also suggest not ordering it "Native Thai" unless you actually do have a cast iron stomach. I have eatten at Royal Thai twice and both times I left unfulfilled. The menu is over-priced, in my opinion. The food is made of quality ingredients, but lacked the authentic taste of Thai food. The Pad Thai was pretty bland and the portion size was somewhat small. One pro is that you can call ahead and place and order to go.
