Long time customer
I have used Richard for several years,he is my go to guy when it comes to plumbing in our several duplex rentals. He has always completed the work in a resonable time so I can move forward with any other issues, and get my rentals back on the market.

I recently had a plumber from a different company come in to repair a broken faucet in my home. It worked fine a for a few days then broke again. I was very upset because they refused to give me my money back. They offered to come back again to address the issue, but I felt ripped off so I called Royal Rooter to come instead. The plumber was very professional and fixed the problem. It has been 2 weeks and everything is working fine. If I have any more plumbing issues I will always call Royal Rooter first from now on.

Great Business
I noticed a pipe was leaking under my bathroom sink. I tried to tighten it but it didn't solve the problem. Water was also leaking from under my toilet, so I called Royal Rooter. It turns out the problem was much bigger than I had anticipated. If I had not called Royal Rooter the problem would have escalated much furthur. They offered me an affordable quote to replace some of my pipes and now I have no problems.

Excellent Plumber

I have used Richard and his company for last 7 or 8 years to maintain our rental units. Owning several duplexes, it is nice to have a pmumber that really knows his stuff. He is honest, reliable and very dedicated.
