I have had the pleasure of working with Erik and RRO for almost eight years now. His service and commitment to providing the best fitting orthotic goes above and beyond. I am a Physical Therapist and have seen so many of my patient's excel with his custom orthotics and shoe inserts.

I had some shoe inserts made. Picked them up on Tuesday of this week. Immediately I could tell the difference once I put my boots on!! It was such a pleasure to be able too walk without any problems and not to be in any pain at the end of my day!!! This is truly one satisfied customer!!! Thanks again!
