Quick, friendly service! Our hot water heater wasn't working and I called at 8:03am and scheduled a service call and was assigned a service time between 8-10 am. I requested a call ahead and received that call at 8:25am. Kemp came and fixed our issue no problem. After the fix he explained to me the issue, his fix, and how the system works while giving me pointers to keep the system working...
