Brian did a great job at my home today clearing the drain. He stated he had never seen that many roots come out of a drain before. He also stated this house now holds the record for the largest single root ball to come out at one time.

Polite, efficient service solved the problem and perhaps can prevent it happening again. For the price I could have purchased the tool needed. But I did not know that a power snake was the right one! Overall well done. Thank you.

Our service tech Jen Alves was a knowledgable plumber. She handled our blockage with professionalism and even went above and beyond what the normal plumbers do when they arrive at our home. Our home was built in the late 1940'5 by my wifes grandfather and nothing was done by todays code. so there is usually a problem snaking the drains. other companies just drilled a hole in the exsisting pipe...
