I woke up recently to find my basement flooded from a plug in my sewer pipe. Called Roto-rooter and got fast service. Plumber arrived within a hour and promptly unclogged the plug, then went on to clean out the sewer pipe leading both to my house and to the road. Very good. The 2 men were helpful and gave me a lot of information. I was relaying it to my boyfriend over the phone and they were able to explain exactly what was going on clearly. When giving a proposal for future repair work that was needed, they gave me 3 scenarios with different prices. Roto Rooter is not inexpensive but I felt very confident in the work that they did.
The plumber that came was very courteous and very professional. He came when I scheduled the service so was very pleased. He advised me on changing the parts in my toilet since it was old, and he found a piece that was in bad shape thus was a very good suggestion. I would recommend this service.

Roto Rooter scheduled an appt with us from 8am-12pm and kept pushing it back until after 7pm.
