Had a dripping bathroom faucet. Roto-Rooter came and replaced part in tub faucet within 5 minutes and solved problem. Water was not hot enough, and fixed this also.

They arrived less than 30 minutes after my call. Checked the problem, found a leak in the water line between the meter and the house. Gave me a written estimate for repair. I called in the morning, about 8:30am, and was given an appoinment for that afternoon. They called to let me know the tech was on his way. Mr Ed was very professional, he listened to what I need done, offered his suggestions, provided me with a written estimate, and was off to work. He was very professional. I highly recommend
