Roto-Rooter service on 8/31/09.
I had a water saving tank with open plastic container in the middle. In order to flush more water, the serviceman decided to cut out a big portion of the plastic. As a result, I got stuck with large water bills, because I couldn't repair what he had done. Originally, I wanted a gradual shave on the top plastic ring.
Roto-Rooter Service 9/16/2009
I was very pleased at the service I got. They were prompt, the plumber was knowlegable and fixed the leak quickly. He was also very tidy and cleaned up after work was completed. I recommend them and would use them again.
