Roto-Rooter Plumbers 5 Stars

I called Roto-Rooter in the morning, and they had a plumber at my house in New Orleans by 12:30. They did an excellent job not only fixing the leaking toilet, but also explaining as they were going what they were doing to repair.

I didn't originally plan on using Roto-Rooter. The day before I had an appointment with another plumber in the New Orleans area for between noon and 4:00 PM. When I wasn't at my house at 11:30 AM, they left and told me to call 4 days later to try and reschedule.

Paul, the plumber from Roto-Rooter at 550 Elmwood Park Boulevard in New Orleans was so helpful, nice, and efficient. He fixed our sink disposal really quickly and he showed my roommate what to do in the even that it gets stuck again. He was super friendly and we're very happy we used Roto Rooter to get this fixed! We called and received same-day service!

I was very pleased with the service I received. The gentleman who came was very courteous, professional and understanding of my drain problem. He fixed everything that was wrong and the price I paid was better than I had feared it might be. He called before he came and was at the time I was told it would be. It was within 3 hours of my call for help. So a Roto-Rooter plumber in New Orleans is who I will call as my first choice.\r

Called and within an hour they arrived. The plumber Joshua was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything up and running in no time. Strongly reccomend this company to anyone with plumbing needs.
