Roto-Rooter was at my house with in 30 mins of my call. The repair man was super friendly and took a look around. He explained to me what was wrong and gave me an estimate with 10 mins. I agreed with the estimate and he went right to work. He snaked the outside drain and with in 30 mins or so he was done. He even took the time to tell me that my plates on my car were going to expire at the end...

The technician came to my house introduced himself very polite and nice. I was very glad to see him. He looked at the problem explained it to me what needed to be done I agreed then he asked if he could pull in the driveway. I was taken back that he asked. I figured he would do what needed to be done. But he asked I was really impressed. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and call them...
