I was very impressed with the service I received from both plumber, Joe and Ed on the service call in Boston, Ma. Within a 2 hour timeframe from original call Joe was at my door and assessed the problem, fixed what he could and called for Ed to come to finish and Ed was there in about another two hours. THe pipes were fixed, the area was left clean and I was a happy client able to host company for the weekend.......

I was very impressed with the quality of work but above all with the promptness in the completion of the work required. The plumber not only was knowledgeable of what was needed to fix the proble, but he was very courteu. I won't hesitate to recommend Roto Rooter to my friends

I was very satisfy with the Service the Technician was very professional and on point, he did his work promply and left the area very clean in less than an hour-he had the right equipment to get the job done. I will defenetely call Roto-Rooter again without hesitation if i need this services again. Price was little bid high, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service, and warranty and the tranquility the you got a job well done. Plumer , Boston, MA
