We've called Rotor-Rooter in the past and have always been very satisfied with their service, this time was no different. On Tuesday morning I noticed that our floor drain in the basement was backing up. I called Rotor-Rooter right away expecting to have one of their servicemen out later in the day or even the next. However, 15 minutes after I called, I received a call to inform me that one of their men would be out there within 30 minutes. Prompt service; cleaned up; explained drain cleaning procedure done. However, I really disliked cost for 10 minutes work (was not an emergency call). Regardless, the last time they cleaned my basement floor drain was 13 years ago--so I guess the price was worth it. Thanks!

My main sewer line backed up flooding the basement floor. I used the online appointment scheduler to schedule an appointment for between 5-7pm on Monday, Oct 18. I received a call at 4:45 stating that a technician would be arriving within 30-45 minutes. My technician, Jeff #2205, arrived within 30 minutes. I explained to him what happened and he examined the area and quickly gave me an estimate and possible causes. Jeff did quick work and was very professional. He also recommended tips for future maintenance
