Our drainage in the basement got clogged up and and went online at 2 in the morning and scheduled an appointment. Roto-Rooter called me first thing in the morning that they were coming out. Brian was very helpful and explained what we should do next should it clog up again. He even sold us the Pipe Shield after explaining how it will help us. We are very satisfied with the service.

Roto-Rooter Service 7/5/10
Our kitchen sink drain was plugged and the water was standing in the sink. I called roto-rooter and Terry should up about an hour after we called and fixed the problem within an hour. He did a great job and we were able to have our dinner with out any issues. I was very satisfied with roto-rooter's quickness and quality.

Called Roto-Rooter based on past experience and had good luck with them once again. Out technician (#936) was prompt -- 20 minutes from when I called -- and knew his subject matter well. I always feel like I'm getting something extra when I have a chance to learn more than I might otherwise from one of the pros. Roto-Rooter Service and Date Service Sept 10 and 12, 2009.

Replaced the M/f battub diverter handle broken. He was doing good job. He did come on Thurs Sept 10th to look and dont have the part but he took a old broken part.
