My Fiance' and I were shopping around to have a ring made using existing diamonds. We spoke with Chris about our plan. He took us through several options until we found what we both thought was best for our needs. It only took 2 weeks to have a wedding set made and the result was more than I could have ever imagined. My set of rings looks like a million dollars and I truly feel like a Princess....

The woman at the counter was very rude and unpleasant. I went back to have a pin put back in on a watch that they had sized for me. Was told I had to come back when the gentleman who does all my watch sizings wasn't there. They couldn't even take the minute it took him to fix the issue making me waste more time to have to come back.
