We chose this home because of the design, the builder's reputation, the features and the location. Craig and Ted were a pleasure to deal with, very professional, caring, and high attention to detail They were very responsive to questions and worked to anticipate our needs.

Everything was fine. We felt comfortable from the very beginning; during the entire process there was constant communication - for a smooth process at all stages - this is our dream house and look toward years of happiness.

We loved the large lot and location. We wanted a special custom home, unlike any other new construction. We are very proud of our new home. We are very proud of our new home. Working with Craig and Ted was an enjoyablej experience.
