When Rosies Plate opened it was loaned in good faith A recipe, from Ann Jacksons cookbooks - Heart of the Home and Cookin Southern Vegetarian Style. The recipe was for Fried Chicken Tofu.
They have since changed the name of the recipe, to Sesame crusted tofu. To make it appear as their original idea and too avoid any possible copyright infingement.
Recipes from cookbooks are always available for public use.
Too misrepresent any recipe for commercial gain is an unethical business practice as well as untrustworthy.
