I actually used to work there at their Child Care Center in late 2006. Not only did my manager's boss treat me like crap, she fired me under false pretenses and accusations. In their child care they only have ONE worker per shift, I come in one day for an evening shift cleaning up the center, or I should say "closet", like I usually did at the beginning of my shift and my sweet old manager...

I have had a problem with the Aquatic Center (therapy pool). When I joined, I met the owner and he said the pool was heated to nearly 90* and was primarily a therapy pool.
For the first year and a half I went at different times and days including early mornings and late evenings.
Any time I went the pool was very comfortable for me. I have rheumatoid arthritis.
About a year ago, the water was all of a sudden much colder and I couldn't stay in the pool. I tried several times to talk to the manager but each time she said that ""No one else has...
This company is more than a fitness center, it's a place for total body healing and wellness-I'm amazed that more businesses in these tough economic times don't take customer service this seriously!! I have been a member for a long time and am amazed at how hard they try to stay one step ahead of my needs!
