Misleading methods. They did not mention the $40! additional fee for synthetic oil when I called to make an appointment. Shame on them!
My alternator belt broke on the freeway on a Sunday and I was lucky enough to pull in next to Goodyear Tire Giant. They were getting ready to close when I asked Joe if he could help me out. He said "Well, we can't leave you stranded" His guys stayed a little late to get me back on the road when Other Shops would have said, "Sorry, you'll have to leave it here till tomorrow or call a tow truck". Thanks Joe! You guys really made my day! :)
The service was great everything was done in a timely manner.
Went in for a front end alignment. It cost $90 had to reprogram computer after alignment. Went back 2 days latter weird noise coming g out of front end, they then told me the control atms are bad. Took it for another quote at a different facility & was told they never should've done the alignment it was just a waste of money. Thanks Roseville GY Tire Giant.
