If I could leave a zero star review for Metcalf, I would. If you enjoy pain and a poor outcome, see Metcalf. I had a shoulder replacement done by Metcalf. He said I would be healed in 9 months or less. At my follow up appointments, I complained that something was "mechanically" wrong with my implant and I was in terrible pain. Metcalf repeatedly said I was fine and did no further tests to...
Dr. Pidwell was very understanding of my situation and explained it to me in terms I could easily understand. I felt very comfortable with him, and he explained alternate options/steps of care. I felt very reassured of my situation and the future I could expect going forward as well as no pressure to choose a treatment option I might not be comfortable with.
I hurt my knee on the first day of vacation and was seen by Dr. Pidwell. He was very professional, kind and caring and answered all my questions thoughtfully. The office was very helpful and efficient and even made copies of my xrays to show to my MD in California !!
He is so attentive and a very nice person!
We came right home and sent in a review. Dr. Pidwell was everything we needed right now. He was great, kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. We were so grateful to Park City hospital, and his staff for getting us into him as we had an urgent situation. They made us feel like they cared that it was urgent.
