I have lived here for 3 years and have had relatively no complaints. The office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and very responsive to complaints, questions and concerns. There are even community wide activities that they hold a few times per year. The other tenants are very friendly and considerate. I moved to this area just over a year ago. The property manager really went out of her way to accommodate the short time I had to find an apartment and also always remembered who I was even after the first meeting.

There hasn't been many issues but the few that I have were taken care of same day or within a very reasonable amount of time.

Management at Rosedale is wonderful! They are quick to solve any issue, from locking yourself out of your apartment, to any maintenance hiccups. Staff is friendly and strives to know each resident by first name. Some apartments are updated, other are slightly out of date, but all are very nice and comfortable. The community is friendly and comfortable for all residents.
