My dad resides here. The staff frequently steal from the patients and do not give them adequate care. It seems they are not trained about each individual disorder of the patients and they regard them rudely, without patience. The place looks dirty, unkempt, and the furniture in patient's rooms look old, unmatched and second-hand. Some of the furniture is falling apart. This does not look like a...
