The owner/server whatever needs to stay off the pipe. WAY too hyped, sarcastic, and freakin' out. I mean, if you too busy hire a kid to help. Too stressful and for no real reasons. Why bother. There are plenty of other laces to eat that might actually appreciate your business.

I have been to Ro Ro BBQ many times, formerly the Rowdy Cowgirl, I have to say this BBQ is out of this world. The Brisket is the best I have ever had, the quality of meat is lean and the rub used was delicious. The ribs are super tender and fall off the bone tasty.
