They don't do highlights, but they do make a mean heirloom tomato pizza. This veggie-centric bistro on the east end of the Westheimer restaurant strip is helmed by vegan chef German Mosquera and sources its greens several times a week from local farmers markets, which makes for a constantly updated menu. Although veggies often take center stage, meat-lovers can leave satisfied, too. Don't miss the complimentary brunch-time mimosas on Sundays.
