This is thank you for your firm's excellent services at my house yesterday. I had an underground incoming water line leak and the next day your Service Technician Raymond arrived. He found the leak, repaired it promptly and at a reasonable cost. What so impressed me was the rare combination of technical talent Raymond demonstrated and his high skill at interpersonal relations. For example, I told him I would put the dirt back in the hole but he insisted on doing it for me instead, even during a dust storm. If Raymond is typical the kind of employees you have then you are going to be in business for a very long time. Thank you.
We found your company to be possibly the BEST rooter company we have ever used. From your office to your tech's everything was handled very responsibly. Mikey and Nick were the BEST!!! I called Rooter Hero for a New Hot water heater, Allex H. and Allen showed up on time, they where professional, and they got the job done. I also had a clogged sink and they got that working too. I can't say enough about this company, they go above and beyond the call of duty. I will be recomminding them to friends and family.
They charged my Mom (age 75) $500 for a new garbage disposal! To make things worse they forgot to turn the water back on to the dishwasher and messed up the drain line to the point where it no longer will run. The dishwasher is only two years old. My "window" for service was between 9-11am today. I've called the office 3 times and each time the plumber is on his way. The last time I called I said I was going to call a different plumber and the person said "I don't blame you". We've waited ALL day and no one has shown up.
