This Walnut Street pub isn't filled with Rough Riders or Trust Busters, but it's good for a pint or two.
Tips About This Business
Tuesday and Thursday nights are host to rowdy Quizo play with a young and boisterous crowd competing for prizes and attention.
From 5pm to 7pm weekday evenings for a $5 cover, Roosevelt's has penny well drinks and tap beer (sorry, no Guinness). Come Friday, the bar is packed with Penn students getting an early start on the weekend.

This isn't the most classy of places but I've had some of the most fun at this place during college. With great happy hour specials for food and drinks and quick and attentive service, my friends and I were regulars at this place. For $5 on Friday(used to be Mon-Fri) you can get beer on tap and well drinks. The food has improved over the years, will be going tomorrow!!! Happy Weekend!
