Poor customer service and delivery. I ordered a sofa online, took a day off work to wait for it to be delivered. Said they would deliver between 12pm-4pm, someone calls at 4:20pm and tells me they cant deliver until 6pm-8pm. I told them to forget it. Please don't buy from rooms to go. They don't even deserve one star.

Actually, one star is too high. We purchased a chair from them less than 3 years ago. The quality is poor and the upholstery and arms are falling apart already. Do not work with a salesperson named Kip. He sold me a bed/matress/box spring and never measured any of it and now I have to sleep on a mountain and risk personal injury until they deliver a replacement.
