Be CAREFUL buying anything here. The salesman and manager seemed shifty from the start but I thought I was getting a great deal on a sofa and a recliner. I paid a deposit of about 30% via a credit card. A few days after placing my order I got a call from the salesman - they can't get the sofa I ordered in the color that I ordered. He said they could ship out a different color (dark chocolate which was WAY too dark for my taste & décor) or I could come in to the showroom and find something else. I went in but wasn't interested in anything else they had so I requested a refund of my deposit....

This company is very unprofessional. Rip you off. Take your money for services not received and then very rude and provide no customer service to reconcile the issue. DO NOT SHOP HERE! This review is dated 12/18/2013.

When my husband an i bought our house up here in PA we came here looking to fill the whole house. My shopping experience here was Great!!!!! I love the different styles of furniture they have. They had everything from older traditional to newer contemporary. The salespeople were very Knowledgeable of the furniture. They were also the friendliest salespeople i ever had.They gave me the lowest prices anywhere. I have since received my furniture and i am very pleased with it. I will recommend this store to all of my friends...

Don't buy here. I've waited 10.5 weeks for my tv console to arrive and they still won't give me a firm delivery date. They don't return messages to have someone call you back so if you don't talk to the person you need, then you're out of luck. Shop elsewhere
