Scheduled an appointment for an estimate several weeks ago. I was promised that I would be notified 30 minutes prior to... estimators arrival. Didn't happen. Apparently they came and went and my tenants notified me!!! Unless they are mind readers they don't know what type of roofing I want, metal, that I want gutters and a skylight added. Their loss.
