Pretty Sorry Excuse for a Repair Shop!!!

Ron's Small Engine Shop was picked by me instead of the recommended Cub Cadet Authorized Repair Shop in Cairo GA. when having warranty work done on my rider. Pick up was fine but, drop off was done and then I was called and told "hey we just dropped you mower off" (Thursday). When I asked about the repairs they didn't even know about what had been done to the charging system and they didn't even check it because it cranked up for them. The lady (Ron's Mother) said that she would check when she got back and have Ron call me either Friday or might be as late as Monday (now 2 weeks later and no call as of yet). I guess when Ron's received the payment from Cub Cadet then he didn't feel that a call to me was necessary anymore.The next time I went to cut grass................You guessed it, it wouldn't start. I called back to have the warranty work completed as it should have been over the week that he had my mower and didn't repair it. They sent the shop by that was recommended to start with and they showed up and made repairs and told me everything that they did before leaving. I only thought that I needed the charging system addressed this time but, Ron's minor adjustments had to be adjusted properly. My mower now cranks every-time and steers like it now has power steering. I haven't had a problem since then. All is well now and I learned a lesson about using Ron's. I won't make that mistake again!!!
