I have lived here for a total of 14 years and absolutely love it. I can't imagine living any where else. The office staff is just like family, why one of the girls even calls me 'Mama'! The value is great, I can't imagine getting the townhouse I have anywhere else for this amount of money. The grounds are well kept, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. They even love my dog!

Living at Rohoic Wood Apartments has been a great joy. It is peaceful, clean, plenty of space for parking, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I plan to be here for a long time and will be recommending it to everyone that is looking for an apartment or townhouse.

I've been living at Rohoic Woods Apartments for nearly a year now. The staff is great and Ive never had a problem with the maintenance team, whenever I had a problem, they came when the rental office said they would come. Overall, Im pleased with Rohoic Woods Apartment and their staff.

I love my community, it always feels like coming home. Most of the residents are friendly. I love the staff. I moved away for a while but then I moved back, and didn't look anywhere else in the area. If I ever leave again, I'm sure I will miss it. There are playgrounds for the kids, a nice pool area, and on-site storage, as well as plenty of sidewalks for exercise and a nice gym.

I have lived in Rohoic Wood Apartments for years. Its extremely quiet and the staff here are extremely helpful and polite. All maintenance issues are resolved immediately! Rohoic Wood Apartments provides a safe and nurturing environment for families looking to rent in the tri-cities area!!!
