Turned in my vehicle a few months ago for the a/c blowing cold and then hot, cold then hot. He charged me $1300 and put on all new parts. He then kept it 3 extra weeks because he still had hot air coming out. He blamed it on computer codes. It worked for a few months and quickly the problems resurfaced. He now wants to charge me $450 for ANOTHER part and thats not even with labor. The sad part...

My husband took my Grand Prix for a wheel alignment. Serviceman Jason told him it needed front end struts costing $525.00!!! We took it to 4 different ASE,,AAA,ASA,ASCAA,ATRA,NADA certified mechanics here in Bryan/College Station ALL stated the SAME THING...IT DID NOT NEED STRUTS!!! They each performed the very same test. Brought my truck into them thinking I had a ball joint or wheel bearing going out. They checked the whole front end out.
