This place is horrible! They are the biggest scam artist. I did my taxes with them for the past 2 years, I always give them a voided check and file electronically, how convenient that every year they call me a week after filing telling me it can't be done electronically and I need to pay them $200 something upfront, I dealt with this 2 years already and not dealing with this issue again,...
