Room was nicer than I expected and was veery clean.\n\nTook the staff quite awhile to find my reservation, even though I payed in advance to speed up the check in process.

The room is what I expected .the carpet needs cleaning or replaced badly . It was a smoking room and I'm a smoker but that carpet Wow. After a heavy application of frebreeze , it was tolerable. The room was very clean and everything else was just fine.
