Location was ok, staff was friendly and accommodating Tub was very slow draining, sinks not much better than tub

Nice hotel for the price and location.

My daughter and I had a nice time. Room was clean and convienant to everything. Only downfall was that remodeling was going on so a bit hectic but hotel bought by Westgate so it will be even better soon. We were able to use the Westgate amenities as well so that was nice.

The room was recently renovated with new carpet, fresh paint, new flat screen tv and frig. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great value.

My only negatives were the trash cans are entirely too small. And the lack of sufficient area at the sink to work with. The later is something they probably can't fix as the hotel is a 1960' era construction and major wall...

A great hotel, quiet, clean and budget friendly!

Before I booked the hotel I was expecting a 2-star motel's standard, however after I arrived the location I found out that they're in a process of renovating the entire motel. The new hotel management is in charged and making everything better.

The few most desirable thing I found about this hotel is location, at the end of Pigeon Forge, very quiet and has easy access to the Great Smoky Park...

Very old hotel. Heat didn't work very good. It was NYE so there wasn't much choice but definitely needs an upgrade.
