Terrible experience. Night staff gave us a hard time when we asked for extra towels. He wanted to charge $10 for a roll away that I found out was supposed to be free. They dropped off 2 sets of clean towels (we had 4 people) and toiletries, but did not pick up the towels that were stacked on floor. They did not make our beds and they refused to increase the temperature in the hot tub. Will not...

we stopped here for one night on our way from Washington state to Florida. the beds and pillows were great. everything was clean. the front desk staff were awesome. they let us check out an hour late with no fee.
