We stayed the night here for a Cubs game (My wife's Favorite team) mainly to be near the city but not in too close. The price was fairly reasonable for a metro area hotel, very nice place especially at under$100. Security was Very good, guards on duty and watchful without bothering. Also a lot of very good food and shopping...

Was here for a week, hotel halls dirty, staff at front desk good. Restaurant is extremely poor service, dirty, your shoes will stick to the floor.
Biggest for me was the amount of police presence in the hotel. Every night they are there, on weekends there is security on each floor. Just uneasy feeling of why??

We had a bad experience here a couple months ago but gave it another go and the hotel and staff exceeded expectations. Security guard darrell was amazing keeping the halls quiet. The front desk staff were great. Manager Jane was great and provided everything we needed. Would definitely go back again. Thank you holiday inn
