Rockford PC

I brought my computer tower in to Rockford PC to have Windows 7 installed for future updating to 8 or 10. I get a notice to type in the product key # for activation but the product key# was not accepted. Now I'm getting notices that I may be a victim of a fraudulent Windows 7 installation. I took my plasma TV in. They called and said 45 dollars for a diagnosis. I paid it. They called and said it would be 60 dollars to weld a few connections and the tv would be fixed. I paid it and when I got the tv home it had the same problem . They took it back to fix and when I picked it up the problem was worse. No return on my money I feel I was ripped off. No stars.
