A family Friend is in this place they do not keep him clean. They do not get him they are under staffed medical staff is not user friendly. It is a Hot Mess and 3rd shift is not great Do not use this place!!! This is my family e-mail if you have to reach me you need to contact Adult protective Service and get the people that are there some help.

Please dont take your loved one to this rehabilitation center. My mother spent almost two months here. She fell and got hurt so bad she had to spend a week n the hospital. after the fall they tryed to get me to sign papers saying i wouldnt tell anyone. they also let her go 5 days with out her medicine and no one would take responsibility for it they. I stay here rehab after having my knee replace i love it staff was great except 3rd shift needs to be worked on and food needs some improving but would stay here again

Very disappointed in the facility. My mother had open heart surgery and went here for rehab. She asked for pain pills several times and either never received them or it took 3 - 4 hrs. When she was transported tthere the nurse who assessed her touched her incisions without gloves or washing her hands. Her doctor had sent papers stating she was to receive 2 pain pills in the evening and she was...
