Nothing like standing in line and have 5 people cut in front of you and barista helps them first.....Yes, there are rude people out there.......seems like they are always short handed...

The sandwiches have gotten noticeably small yet the price remains the same. Other than not receiving the usual amount of food, the service is always great. Don't have a problem with less food, just change the price.
