Sadly my experience of this company was not good. I ordered two queen futons. The first was complete. However there were major inconsistencies in the depths of the drilled holes. I solved this by putting in retaining bolts upside down, very tricky. The second futon was missing a key large wooden piece; so I could not build it. Rock soft has a nice variety of options. They have a better stock of futon covers than most of the other places in portland I have visited....
