I first visited this place a couple of weeks ago. I came across one of their ads that showed some great deals on deli items...Ham, turkey, Kraft cheese, etc...One of the biggest rip offs at all...

Roch's is a cute little market, with a little of everything you might need. Produce is always fresh and always looks great. I really like their freezer deals, which I picked up the #3 deal ($149)...

I highly recommend using Roch's for your fruit and vegetable purchases. I find all the produce to be very fresh and to have a longer fridge/counter life than produce I get from Stop N Shop or Shaws.
