I work for a hotel in lompoc and cringe when people drop off laundry to be picked up by robinson's. They are supposed to provide same day service but never come to pick up items the same day and there have been many times it has taken several days for guests to get their laundry back. Do not use this company for anything. They ruined my wedding. They denied the problems we had even when we presented them right to them. They were rude and would not even offer us a discount on there poor service. I filed a complaint with the BBB and with the Public health department. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! You will regret it.
