My comfortable studio is clean, freshly painted, has three large sunny windows, built-in bookshelves, ceiling fan, and new appliances. Mr. Robin and his family were wonderful landlords. When I moved first into the place, they had already cleaned and re-finished the floor. Anytime I had a problem with the apartment (very rare), they responded immediately and quickly fixed the problem.

These apartments are also in great locations near Rittenhouse Square. If I ever move back to Philly, I'll definitely rent from Robin... more
